About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and disciplined Commercial Property Broker to join our team in Cape Town CBD. As a sales-driven role, you will be responsible for sourcing, matching, and closing commercial and industrial property transactions within the Cape Town CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build a client base, generate leads, and facilitate leasing and sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business through cold calling, canvassing, and networking
- Build and manage a client and property database
- Engage with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- List and market commercial properties
- Match clients to suitable properties
- Facilitate leasing and sales transactions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain ongoing client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial / Industrial Property Broking or Strong sales background (car sales, insurance, B2B sales)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Own reliable transport
- Own laptop and smartphone
- Well-presented and professional
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary (low) + commission, with a commission structure of 50% – 65%. Earning potential: R500 000 – R1 000 000+ per annum (performance-based)
