About the Role
Construct Executive Search is seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites and overseeing tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites effectively, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee task organization, prioritization, and delegation to site teams.
- Develop and implement site management plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all-round construction site management experience.
Requirements
- Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor
- All-round construction site management experience
- Site management and task organisation skills
