We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join this forward-thinking and highly innovative FMCG team. This is a full-time, contract position where your talent and expertise will help drive the development of creative assets for both digital and offline platforms.

In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting visually stimulating and engaging designs that support our client’s mission to enhance their retailers’ operations. Your day-to-day will include:
- Strategic Idea Generator: Contributing to the development of impactful ideas and concepts, aligning with business strategies and campaign objectives throughout the process.
- Brief Whisperer: Interpreting project briefs and delivering stimulating visuals that meet content requirements.
- Visual Guru: Creating optimized visual assets for various applications, including sourcing images and audio.
- Video Maestro: Shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content tailored for diverse platforms.
- Photography Expert: Capturing and editing images that bring campaigns to life.
- Project Multitasker: Managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Print Specialist: Ensuring print-ready artwork and vector files are polished and proof-perfect.
Who We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A tertiary qualification in graphic design, fine art, or a related field (preferred).
- Solid experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Artist, with a robust portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
- Strong experience in video and image creation is essential.
- Expertise in design fundamentals such as visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learning ability and eagerness to master emerging capabilities.
- Strong adherence to brand guidelines, with the ability to adapt artwork as needed.
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Knowledge of Figma (preferred).
- UX and Salesforce experience is advantageous.
