• Complete accurate and timely service reports

• Maintain high First-Time Fix Rates (FTFR) of 8095%

• Support digital troubleshooting and equipment installations

• Complete e-learning modules and certifications (Levels 13)

• Provide customer technical support via phone and email

• Ensure proper care and use of tools and company vehicle

Requirements:

• Qualification in Software/Network Configuration or Engineering (non-negotiable)

• 23 years experience in equipment repairs and maintenance (e.g., air conditioners, copiers, printers, wellness/fitness equipment)

• Valid drivers license

• Strong technical troubleshooting ability (mechanical and digital)

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

• Fast learner, willing to complete training through e-learning and hands-on sessions
