About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading global recruitment agency specializing in various industries, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Head of Business Development for a solar energy company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Manage the business development team and provide guidance and support
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
- Monitor and report on business development activities and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development
- Demonstrable experience in construction contracts
- Strong network and connections in the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
