Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining the aesthetic standards of a 5-star hotel environment, ensuring that all interiors reflect exceptional quality, functionality, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute interior design concepts from initial brief through to final installation
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Compile and manage comprehensive specification sheets
- Source furniture, finishes, and materials aligned with design intent and project budgets
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants throughout project execution
- Oversee installations and ensure work is delivered to the highest standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with and guide junior team members where required
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in the interior design industry, preferably within hospitality or luxury environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Solid understanding of technical drawings and detailing
- Proven experience compiling specification sheets
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
