This is a remote consultancy role, ideal for a candidate with proven experience in juice formulation, machinery specification, and production planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in product development, machinery recommendations, and shaping the technical roadmap of the operation.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on healthy juice product formulation, product line development, and R&D strategy

• Support development of various juice SKUs including 100% juice, blends, and pulp-based products

• Recommend appropriate juice processing machinery (blenders, pasteurizers, fillers, cappers, labelling machines, etc.)

• Advise on overall production setup and machinery needs

• Provide technical input to the blueprint and operational plan for manufacturing

• Contribute to the technical section of the companys business plan

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the South African juice manufacturing industry

• Strong background in R&D, production process design, and technical operations

• Proven knowledge of juice processing methods such as cold pressing, pasteurization, and filling technologies

• Prior or current experience at well-established juice manufacturing companies is required

• Based in South Africa, with familiarity in local juice manufacturing practices, standards, and supply chain
