Are you passionate about social media, storytelling, and creating content that connects? Were looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team and help bring our clients brands to life online.
About the Role
As a Junior Social Media Content Creator, youll play a key role in crafting and managing engaging content across various platforms. From writing compelling captions to designing eye-catching visuals and short-form videos, youll help grow online communities and support campaign goals with creativity and precision.
? Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube
- Assist in planning and executing social media calendars and campaigns
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts and captions
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand voice
- Track and report on social media performance metrics
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Contribute fresh content ideas and support influencer/partner collaborations
? What Were Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (agency or in-house)
- Solid understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and tone
- Interest in photography/videography and short-form video creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Bonus Points For
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut)
- Familiarity with social media analytics
- Experience managing a brand or personal account with proven growth or engagement
