Job Description

“Ready to Own a Brand? This One’s Yours.”

Marketing Lead Ready to Own It, Build It & Make It Heard.

? Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa

You know what great marketing looks like. You’ve been close enough to touch it. Now you want to be the one building it from positioning to pipeline, brand to bottom line.

That role is here. CallForce is South Africas fastest-growing BPO outsourcing specialist, expanding aggressively into the USA and UK. We have a bold new brand story to tell, a sophisticated digital transformation proposition, and the business momentum to back it up. What we need is someone with the energy, creativity, and commercial edge to bring it all to life.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-impact marketing lead role. Youll work directly with senior leadership, with real ownership over strategy and execution. Theres no large team to hide behind and no ceiling either. As CallForce grows, so does your mandate.

Youll be the driving force behind how we show up in the market: from brand positioning and digital campaigns to sales enablement and internal culture. Its a rare chance to shape a brand from the inside out, at exactly the right moment in the businesss journey.

What Youll Be DoingFirst 6 Months: Get In, Get Building

  • Immerse yourself in the CallForce brand and our exciting new Digital Transformation BPO positioning
  • Audit our digital presence: website, social channels, content, SEO identify the quick wins and the bigger opportunities
  • Get hands-on: write compelling copy, build landing pages, sharpen our LinkedIn presence, launch test campaigns
  • Set up the marketing infrastructure: content calendar, CRM hygiene, lead tracking, campaign metrics

Months 612: Start Driving Growth

  • Launch and optimise demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email for our USA, UK, and SA markets
  • Build sales enablement tools that actually help our team close deals not just look good in a folder
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead internal communications that bring our people on the journey and build a high-performance culture

Year 2 and Beyond: Own the Stage

  • Take full ownership of marketing strategy across all markets
  • Build and lead a small team as the business scales
  • Become the definitive voice of the CallForce brand globally

Who Were Looking For

Youre probably a few years into your marketing career. Youve had good exposure maybe in a B2B, tech, or services environment and youre ready to stop being told what to do and start shaping the strategy yourself.

  • Youre both creative and analytical you care about the story AND the numbers
  • You write well. Like, genuinely well. Because a lot of this is about how we communicate.
  • Youre comfortable working directly with leadership and ops teams youre a collaborator, not a silo
  • Youre energised by ambiguity and excited by a blank canvas, not intimidated by it
  • You want your ideas to actually move the business not sit in a backlog

  • Youre looking for a big team to manage from day one
  • You need a detailed brief before you can get started
