Requirements

1. New business development experience in software/technology industry
2. Find and manage new leads
3. Build relationships with customers
4. Software sales experience
5. Reach monthly sales targets set by line managers
6. Contact and follow up with prospective clients
7. Manage process flows set out by line managers
8. Ensure agreed KPAs and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements
9. Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time and quality
10. Constantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems
11. Assist in increasing sales revenue within the sales department
12. Continuously work towards improving the customer experience and service delivery
