Workshop Supervisor / Senior IT Support Technician: Location: Pretoria, GautengEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: Up to R 25 000.00 per month CTC, depending on experience and capability.Role Purpose:We are looking for a hands-on, dependable, and technically capable IT professional serving as a Senior Technical Support resource within the business as well as to take ownership of our workshop operationsThis role is best suited to someone who can coordinate day-to-day workshop flow, allocate and follow up on technician work, troubleshoot independently, and bring stronger structure, urgency, and accountability to the technical department. The successful candidate must be practical, resourceful, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced SMB / MSP support environment.This is not a purely supervisory role.
