Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- New business development within the courier market, with a strong focus on securing and closing new clients
- Growing and managing a profitable portfolio of customers through excellent relationship management
- Preparing accurate quotations and negotiating competitive rates with clients
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conducting professional client visits and presentations
- Working closely with operations to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years proven sales experience in the courier industry
- Demonstrated success in new business development and target achievement
- Strong closing, negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and perform under pressure
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Professional, well-presented and customer-focused approach
