About the Role

As a Product Manager at AtripleA recruitment & temps, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategies for expansion. You will be responsible for gathering market insights, analyzing data, and informing marketing decisions to drive sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Build and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion.

• Liaise with the team regarding sample deliveries and customer visits.

• Regularly visit clients to gather feedback, update CRM records, and provide market insights.

• Monitor and report on market trends to identify opportunities for new product promotions or adjustments.

• Gather and analyse data on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

• Market new and existing products to current and potential clients.

• Conduct sessions for client representatives on product features, benefits, and usage.

• Manage the lifecycle of new product development, from initial concept through testing and launch.

• Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, customer preferences, and industry developments.

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

• Address customer concerns promptly.

• Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and network with potential clients.

Requirements

Relevant Degree or post-matric diploma/qualification

Proven experience in marketing or a related field

Experience within the food and/or packaging industry is an advantage

Ability to analyse market trends and data
