Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders

• Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time availability of materials and resources

• Monitor production performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or delays

• Maintain accurate records of production planning, inventory levels, and work orders

• Analyze data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing practices

• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure production meets quality standards

• Participate in planning meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus
