Hire Resolve’s client, one of the largest independently owned travel companies in South Africa , is searching for a Professional Ticketing Consultant to join their team in Century City, Cape town.

Matric (Grade 12).
Travel qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Certified proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
Strong knowledge of fares and international ticketing.
Expertise in core ticketing and e-ticketing processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to guide, mentor, and train junior consultants.
Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
