A well-established Tourism company requires a Creditors/Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. You will be working with the expenses of a few companies each with a lot of suppliers. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment and with a high number of invoices Pastel & Excel experience essential Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records Knowledge of sound accounting principles Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Must be able to work as part of a team and independently Hospitality Background will be beneficial Tasks will include but not limited to: Processing supplier invoices on Pastel Reconciliation of supplier accounts Must have contactable references Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted.
