About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance / Front Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As the heartbeat of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly, allowing our creative team to focus on their work. This is no ordinary admin job – it requires a unique blend of finance expertise, administrative skills, and people-friendly charm.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: receipts, deposits, invoices, POs, refunds & more
- Run the full creditors and debtors function, including monthly reconciliations and follow-ups
- Manage the asset register and keep petty cash in check
- Assist with payroll and staff reimbursement processes
- Prepare and send client invoices & statements
- Be the friendly face (and voice) at the front desk: answering calls, welcoming walk-ins
- Receive and check supplier deliveries
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a tertiary qualification in finance/admin is a bonus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance/admin role
- Proficiency in Sage and/or Xero is non-negotiable
- Experience with Chase and/or Magnetic is a big plus
