Job Description

Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree/Advanced diploma in Accounting (NQF level 7 and above) Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles 3-5 years working experience in a finance or administration leading role or similar role (Logistical industry exposure advantageous) Maintain capex order control incl system and authorization, update and track capex spending against budget Administrate IT HW upgrade plan, keep track of SW licence and user details Maintain project budgets and track capex spending against budget Update fixed asset register for addition/disposal/sales Review and act upon annual asset audit result Reconcile Fixed Asset register to SAP, follow up on correction required Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills and inquisitive by nature Excellent communication skill and proven leadership skills Attention to detail, with strong drive for accurate output and result Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must have a sense of internal control/audit practices PC literacy – SAP, Excel advanced level Consultant: Vonne Scholtz – Dante Personnel Cape Town
