About the Role
We are seeking a confident and service-driven Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our client’s well-established hotel in Cape Town. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front desk team during shifts
- Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Assist with daily reporting, cash-ups, and shift controls
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Front Office supervisory role within a hotel
- Strong working knowledge of OPERA PMS (essential)
- Experience in a busy, high-volume hotel environment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and able to lead by example
