As our IT Technician , you keep Mama connected, protected, and powered up. From lightning-fast Wi-Fi ⚡ to secure systems and seamless integrations , you make sure our teams and guests never see the glitches — only the magic. You translate tech into simplicity, solve problems before they appear, and ensure every digital touchpoint works effortlessly so Mama can focus on what she does best: creating unforgettable experiences. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Digital Guardian ️ Oversee all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted operations across the property. Systems & Network Master Manage servers, connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, hardware, and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams. Cybersecurity Protector Safeguard Mama’s digital environment by maintaining security standards, data protection practices, backups, and system integrity. Tech Support Hero ‍♂️ Provide responsive IT support to team members, troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption. Innovation Driver Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and elevate the guest experience. Systems Integrator Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, finance, and operational platforms. Project & Implementation Leader ️ Coordinate IT installations, upgrades, and system rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs. Compliance Champion ✅ Maintain IT policies, licensing, and brand standards while ensuring alignment with Ennismore and regulatory requirements. Vendor Relationship Manager Collaborate with external providers and partners to ensure service quality, performance standards, and cost efficiency.
