Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Digital Guardian ️ Oversee all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted operations across the property. Systems & Network Master Manage servers, connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, hardware, and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams. Cybersecurity Protector Safeguard Mama’s digital environment by maintaining security standards, data protection practices, backups, and system integrity. Tech Support Hero ‍♂️ Provide responsive IT support to team members, troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption. Innovation Driver Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and elevate the guest experience. Systems Integrator Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, finance, and operational platforms.
