is assisting a dynamic property management group in sourcing a detail-oriented and organised finance professional to support their growing finance function as . This role requires a structured and analytical individual who can ensure accurate financial processing, reconciliations, and reporting within a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will support the finance team across supplier processing, property and owner accounting, and general financial administration while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance with internal controls. This opportunity will suit a proactive and reliable finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes, and is looking to develop their career within a structured finance environment as Junior Financial Assistant. Capture and process supplier invoices, journals, and owner-related charges accurately and timeously Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation Prepare and review owner statements, ensuring all charges and recoveries are correctly reflected Reconcile income and expenses against budgets and highlight variances Reconcile creditor and debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies Monitor outstanding balances and follow up where required Support audit processes and provide required documentation Maintain accurate records across accounting and property management systems Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance policies, and regulatory requirements 1–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role Experience within property management, hospitality, or similar industry advantageous Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls Experience with accounting software (Xero, Sage, or similar) and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving ability High level of integrity and confidentiality – To be discussed on application ➡️ – Although we appreciate all CV’s received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the experience our client requires.
