About the Role
iStore is seeking a Part Time Technical Support Consultant to join our team in Cape Town region. As an iStore Technical Support Technicians, you will provide technical support to customers through trouble shooting, resolving technical issues and software support. You will also provide training and assistance to customers when required, ensuring exceptional and professional quality support service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to iStore customers through trouble shooting, resolving technical issues and software support
- Train and assist customers as needed
- Deliver exceptional and professional quality support service
Requirements
- Completed Matric
- IT qualification (minimum A/N)
- Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support
