About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Product/Contracting Assistant to support the Head of Product with supplier contracts, rate loading, and system accuracy for safari experiences across Southern & East Africa. This role combines technical execution, commercial insight, and sales support to ensure smooth operations and confident quoting for B2B and B2C clients.

Requirements
- Experience in a DMC / Tour Operating environment, product or systems role
- Proficient in Tourplan, Salesforce, MS Office / Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
