About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our distinguished collection of luxury accommodation properties in Cape Town. As a strategic, creative, and commercially driven professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, driving brand growth, and delivering impactful, integrated marketing strategies within a premium or luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive brand positioning, visibility, and market share across all properties
Translate commercial goals into effective, measurable campaigns
Agency Management & Performance
Lead and manage relationships with external agencies (creative, digital, PR, media buying)
Brief, guide, and evaluate agencies to ensure delivery against brand standards and KPIs
Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, content, and traditional platforms
Monitor performance, optimise spend, and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives
Brand & Campaign Execution
Ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all touchpoints
Oversee the development of high-quality content, campaigns, and guest-facing communications
Drive innovative marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience and brand perception
Digital & Commercial Focus
Oversee digital marketing performance including website, SEO, paid media, and social channels
Collaborate with revenue and sales teams to support occupancy and revenue targets
Analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and campaign optimisation
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, and executive leadership
Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and insights to key stakeholders
Ensure alignment between brand vision and on-property execution

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
Proven experience managing multiple external agencies and driving performance outcomes
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital platforms, and brand management
