About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Spitz store at Cavendish Square in Cape Town. As a dynamic leader, you will inspire your team, elevate service standards, and drive sales success for our premium fashion brand. With a passion for luxury retail, you will craft an unparalleled shopping experience for our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey while ensuring operational and sales excellence
- Lead a passionate team, uphold the highest standards, and guarantee that every aspect of the store reflects the luxury, sophistication, and prestige that define our brand
- Create an action plan based on mystery shopper feedback to continuously elevate service standards
- Provide in-store coaching and continuous training to refine sales and service skills
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-calibre retail team that embodies our brand values
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure every team member contributes to store targets
- Analyse the income statement and manage expenses to maximise profitability
- Maintain optimal stock levels in alignment with customer demand and store needs
- Ensure compliance with in-store controls, visual merchandising standards, and premium store presentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years retail experience
- At least 12 months of management experience in a retail environment
- A deep understanding of the retail landscape, including brand positioning and customer engagement
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) laws and ability to initiate enquiries
- Strong understanding of profit & loss statements and retail financials
