About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Lead to join our team at the Paarl Concept Store, driving sales and business objectives while serving as a Brand Ambassador for Dermalogica. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that sales and treatment revenue targets for the store are met monthly.
- Conduct accurate and detailed consultations with each new client and update records accordingly.
- Make telephonic post-treatment and retail follow-ups with customers.
- Manage customer complaints, product returns, and ensure the highest level of customer service in the store.
- Manage the POS system.
- Manage day-to-day staff, roster coverage, and staff assessments/training.
- Assist the Concept Stores Manager with inventory management and monthly recording.
- Support the smooth running of daily operations in the store.
- Ensure the store is always correctly stocked, cleaned, and merchandised effectively.
- Participate in effective planning and execution of in-store promotions.
- Engage in company promotional events, including marketing activities, golf days, launches, IDI training, and trade shows.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform tasks and administration according to the Policies and Procedures manual.
- Be completely familiar with all products, treatments, and concepts offered by Dermalogica, as well as all policies outlined in the manuals.
- Maintain product knowledge through regular attendance at Dermalogica classes and passing assessments (theory and practical).
Requirements
- 3-year Skin Care diploma
- 4 years experience in a supervisory role
- Previous experience with high-end skin care brand
- Dermalogica experience advantageous
- Microsoft Office proficient
