About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Lead to join our team in Paarl, Cape Town. As a key ambassador for Dermalogica, you will drive sales and business objectives, while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that sales and treatment revenue targets for the store are met monthly.
- Conduct accurate and detailed consultations with each new client and ensure all records are updated.
- Telephonic post-treatment and retail follow-ups with customers.
- Manage customer complaints, product returns, and ensure the highest level of customer service in the store.
- Manage the POS system.
- Manage the day-to-day staff and roster coverage.
- Assist the concept stores manager with staff assessments and training of new and existing staff.
- Inventory management, including monthly updates and recording.
- Support the smooth running of daily operations in the store.
- Ensure that the store is always correctly stocked, cleaned, and merchandised effectively.
- Participate in effective planning and execution of in-store promotions.
- Participate in company promotional events, such as marketing activities, golf days, launches, IDI training, and trade shows.
- Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- 3 years Skin Care diploma.
- 4 years experience in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience with high-end skincare brand.
- Dermalogica experience advantageous.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
