Job Summary
Our client, a respected and expanding accounting firm based in Bellville, is seeking a skilled and motivated Tax Administrator and Advisor to join their professional tax team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing environment, supporting a broad portfolio of clients with precision and integrity.
Minimum requirements:
- Appropriate degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Minimum of 3 years tax experience in the Accounting Industry, specifically in a Tax Administrator capacity
- Good knowledge of Tax Administration Act and legislation
- Experienced in dealing with SARS e-filing, income tax returns, tax objections, tax disputes and provisional tax
- Familiarity with diverse tax clients, including individuals, companies and trusts
Our ideal candidate:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Proven experience as a tax accountant, tax analyst, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting laws and procedures.
- Computer literacy in accounting software.
- Proficient on MS Office, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Detail orientated
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Presentable with strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
