About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in their lead generation and sales pipeline development. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients within the financial services industry, executing strategic outbound campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Identify: Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential clients within the financial services industry.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to gather relevant information on prospects.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute strategic outbound campaigns via email and phone to generate interest in Optimal AdvisorAI’s solutions.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage prospects and articulate the value proposition.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales executives with qualified prospects.
  • Effectively manage calendars and ensure seamless coordination.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, track leads, and maintain data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on lead generation performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
