About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, youll be the face of the Go-To-Market team, fuelling top-of-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll engage potential clients, uncover their challenges, and set the stage for successful sales conversations. Key Responsibilities

• Represent the companys solutions with a deep understanding of client needs

• Conduct research and outreach to generate leads and build strong prospect pipelines

• Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls and emails

• Maintain accurate pipeline records and collaborate with Sales Executives to advance deals

• Identify and share best practices to optimize lead generation strategies

• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and the sales team

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates to the Sales Manager

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or 3+ years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and virtual channels

• Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach

• A hunger to grow and progress within a high-performing sales team

• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple leads at once
