Our client. a market leader in the IT industry, is currently looking to employ a Senior Application Developer, based in Plattekloof, Cape Town.

Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or relevant certifications (preferred).
• Matric certificate (required).
• 3 years of experience in a software development role.
• Exposure to SQL, PL/SQL, and .NET considered advantageous.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
• Hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Interpret and understand complex system functionality and data structures.
• Build, test, and debug applications and integrate subsystems effectively.
• Maintain system documentation and create user guides and technical specifications.
• Provide user support and training when required.
• Collaborate effectively within a project team.
• Participate in quality code reviews and continuous improvement processes.

• This is an office-based role; no remote work option is available.
