About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a balanced blend of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis experience, with a proven track record of facilitating workshops with large groups (10-20 stakeholders) and managing challenging personalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, effectively managing interactions with large groups (10-20 stakeholders) and handling challenging personalities.
- Drive features from ideation through to detailed documentation, encompassing both business and systems requirements.
- Utilize Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation, ensuring productive sessions and clear outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic environment, contributing innovative solutions and maintaining flexibility in approach.
- Support medium to large digital transformation projects and the development of self-service portals.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in facilitating workshops with large groups (10-20 stakeholders) and managing challenging personalities.
- Ability to own and document features from ideation to completion, including business and systems requirements.
- Proficiency in using Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation.
- Hands-on experience with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
