Job Summary

WE`RE HIRINGFull Function Senior Bookkeepers required to work remotely, Mondays – Fridays, between 3 and 11pm (Central African Time)

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and confident in communicating with clientsFibre (Cable) internet connection (50Mbps+).Power backup/inverter in the event of loadshedding/power failure.Experience:5+ years Quickbooks Online experience(Certified Quickbooks Online bookkeepers will be considered first – proof of certification required)Must have worked on multiple sets of books, or varied, different, multiple clientsRecording and maintaining daily financial transactions.Reconciliations of debtors, creditors, banks and undeposited funds.Prepare reports (balance sheet, P&L`s etc)Payroll and inter-company journalsR25 000 per month negotiable on experience and trial periodLaptop provided.
