Job Description:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Technical Product Owner in Cape Town!

We require a candidate with:
• Formal education in computer science or software development
• 5+ years of experience working in a product-focused role for a tech platform. You should be familiar with creating product requirements documents, managing stakeholder expectations, creating user stories, leading a development team and taking ownership of the product’s success.
• Technology background, either as a formal degree or with coding experience.
• Experience working with spreadsheets and data visualization tools such as Data Studio or Tableau.
• Experience hiring and leading an in-house or outsourced development team.
• Abilities not required for the role, but are considered bonuses:
• A background in design and/or UX, designing mockups using tools such as InVision
• Experience coding in HTML, SCSS, or Ruby on Rails
• Ability to write SQL and manage databases
