? Position Purpose
To uphold the integrity and promote the image of a world-class premium brand by managing the day-to-day operations of the Retail Boutique.
You will lead your team, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
? Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

Lead and manage daily Boutique operations

Drive sales growth and maximise store profitability

Uphold exceptional customer service standards

Oversee stock control, ordering, and loss prevention

Manage cash reconciliation and store administration

Develop and grow Corporate Sales opportunities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product safety

Submit monthly reports to Head Office
Marketing & Brand Execution

Identify and implement local marketing initiatives

Support national marketing campaigns

Ensure compliance with pricing and merchandising standards

Maintain premium in-store presentation

24 years retail management experience
-
Tertiary qualification preferred

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Experience in premium retail advantageous

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sales-driven and commercially minded

Strong organisational and multitasking ability

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
