The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing residential, commercial, and retail construction projects in the area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee residential, commercial, and retail construction projects
• Analyze project sites, materials, and building designs to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant field
• 10 years’ work experience as a Structural Engineer/Technologist/Technician
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
