About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and passionate Spa Therapist for a luxury private game reserve based in the Northern Cape. This is a wonderful opportunity for a guest-focused individual who is dedicated to wellness and delivering exceptional spa experiences in a unique bush setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies
- Conduct thorough guest consultations to determine individual treatment needs and preferences
- Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are consistently clean, hygienic, and well-prepared
- Maintain high standards of guest service, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages
- Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Work closely with front-of-house and lodge teams to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
- Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good knowledge of spa treatments and products
