Job Description

What Youll Do

As our Technical Project Manager, youll be the bridge between wild ideas and clean execution. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to keep projects running like a Swiss watch.

  • Drive sprint planning, standups, retros, and delivery timelines
  • Translate product vision into actionable engineering roadmaps
  • Coordinate across teams and time zones to remove blockers
  • Keep Jira (and our souls) in order
  • Own communication – internal and external – on what’s being built, by who, why, and when
  • Track progress, scope creep, and the occasional meltdown (were all human)
  • Help the team move fast without breaking everything (only some things)

What You Bring

  • Youre not just a project manager. Youre a tech whisperer, chaos wrangler, and execution machine.
  • 3 years+ in technical project management (preferably in startups or high-growth products)
  • Strong understanding of modern software development cycles (bonus if youve shipped social or consumer platforms)
  • Excellent communicator – clear, concise, and unafraid to say “no”
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Slack, Figma, and GitHub
  • Able to balance speed and quality without losing your mind
  • Comfortable working async, remote, and in ambiguity
  • You give a damn. About the product, the people, and the mission

Why Join Us?

  • Youll be early. Like, really really early working on a brand new Stealth Product that will be used by millions on the day of launch.
  • Youll have a voice, not just a task list
  • You’ll help reshape how millions of people build identity and community online
  • We move fast, but we care deeply
  • Oh, and did we mention… we dont do boring?
