Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform site installations, repairs, and servicing of locks and related equipment
- Conduct site measurements, surveys, and inspections
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide professional customer service
- Complete paperwork, including job cards, delivery notes, and service reports
- Receive stock and assist with stock control
- Assist with loading and offloading of products
- Ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean and in good working condition
- Report defects, accidents, or safety violations promptly
- Operate tools and equipment as required for the job
- Maintain the workshop in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
Requirements
- Experience as a locksmith and/or technician (preferred)
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid drivers license
- National senior certificate
