We require a candidate with:
• Practical experience in all stages of the UX process.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and clients to ensure that high quality end-user designs meet customer requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively with UX, product managers and engineers.
• Experience designing enterprise web applications preferred.
• An aptitude for using a logical, step-by-step approach to ensure designs are user friendly and simple for end users.
• Knowledge of design principles and experience of their practical application to digital products.
• A questioning mentality, enabling the team to focus on solving root problems, rather than accepting the solution stated by the business/client.
• Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of team and business processes.

• Matric with relevant certification is essential
• More than 3 years’ experience working in UX design in a mid / senior role
• Experience designing mobile and responsive interfaces is a must
• Ecommerce experience is essential
• Experience creating prototypes and wireframes with tools such as Balsamiq / Invision / XD or similar
• Experience conducting user research and producing relevant artifacts
• Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
