Job Description

About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client’s warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage orders on Dear Systems.
Maintain warehouse excellence: cycle counts, cleanliness, and system accuracy.
Implement SOPs for continuous improvement and ensure 100% order and stock accuracy.
Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Oversee order processing.
Lead a team of three.
Ensure efficient operations and a well-maintained environment.

Requirements

Proficiency in Dear Systems, Shopify, Takealot, Makro back-end, and Google Sheets.
At least 2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Salary & Benefits

R300K – R400K per annum, salary negotiable. Performance Bonus, Private Health Care, Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity), Training & Development, Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable).
