About the Role
The Certified Diagnostic Technician Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars is responsible for advanced vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and technical troubleshooting on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles. The role requires strong hands-on diagnostic expertise, adherence to manufacturer standards, and close collaboration with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workshop operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
- Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems and tools to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support workshop operations by providing technical guidance on complex repairs.
- Ensure all diagnostic and repair work complies with Mercedes-Benz standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate diagnostic reports and job documentation.
- Assist in improving workshop efficiency and technical quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with workshop leadership regarding technical findings and repair requirements.

Qualifications
Mandatory: Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Technician Certificate (MB Diagnostic Technician Certificate).
