About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager to join our client’s tranquil retreat destination, located two hours’ drive from Cape Town. As a live-in position, you will be responsible for ensuring an unforgettable and unique guest journey and tailored culinary experiences rooted in creativity and world-class excellence.

- Manage F&B operations in a luxury/lodge environment
- Develop and implement creative menus that showcase local produce and farm-style food philosophy
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position and environment
- A love for nature, local produce, and farm-style food philosophy
- Proven experience managing F&B operations in a luxury/lodge environment
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Creative and meticulous attention to detail
- Passionate about staff development to ensure tailored guest experiences
