About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion Automotive Replacement Parts Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our Centurion Branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting, managing, and overseeing outlet personnel, supervising outlet operations, and ensuring efficient operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist, manage, and oversee outlet personnel
  • Supervise outlet operations to ensure efficient operations
  • Improve efficiencies and streamline outlet activities to maximize financial and other key indicators
  • Share accountability for people, financial, and cash management with the Branch Manager
  • Develop an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to
  • Manage the team on best practices and establish standard policies and procedures
  • Supervise, implement, and manage continuous improvement and modern marketing/selling principles

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate (with mathematical literacy minimum)
  • Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage
  • At least 5 – 6 years’ experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
  • Sound Technical knowledge and understanding
  • Experience in motor part sales
  • Understanding of procurement
  • Understanding of ISO 9001/45001 or relevant quality management system
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with stock management
  • Sales and customer interaction experience
