About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion Automotive Replacement Parts Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our Centurion Branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting, managing, and overseeing outlet personnel, supervising outlet operations, and ensuring efficient operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist, manage, and oversee outlet personnel
- Supervise outlet operations to ensure efficient operations
- Improve efficiencies and streamline outlet activities to maximize financial and other key indicators
- Share accountability for people, financial, and cash management with the Branch Manager
- Develop an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to
- Manage the team on best practices and establish standard policies and procedures
- Supervise, implement, and manage continuous improvement and modern marketing/selling principles
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (with mathematical literacy minimum)
- Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage
- At least 5 – 6 years’ experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
- Sound Technical knowledge and understanding
- Experience in motor part sales
- Understanding of procurement
- Understanding of ISO 9001/45001 or relevant quality management system
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with stock management
- Sales and customer interaction experience
