About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Centurion Certified IT Scrum Masters to join our team, providing expert guidance on Agile methodologies and ensuring seamless project delivery. With a strong background in software application development and telco experience, we require individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success, and a keen understanding of MS Teams and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects using Scrum principles and techniques
Lead meetings to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
Write reports to provide project updates and status insights
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure adherence to ITIL and Kanban best practices
Provide training and coaching to team members on Scrum principles and methodologies

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Scrum Mastering or related Agile roles
Proven track record of delivering successful projects with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction
Strong understanding of MS Teams and Azure DevOps tools
Certification in Scrum, Prince II, PM BOK, PMP, PMI, Agile, ITIL, Kanban, or Prosci Assertive is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage
