About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Centurion Certified IT Scrum Masters to join our team, providing expert guidance on Agile methodologies and ensuring seamless project delivery. With a strong background in software application development and telco experience, we require individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success, and a keen understanding of MS Teams and Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects using Scrum principles and techniques
- Lead meetings to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Write reports to provide project updates and status insights
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure adherence to ITIL and Kanban best practices
- Provide training and coaching to team members on Scrum principles and methodologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Scrum Mastering or related Agile roles
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction
- Strong understanding of MS Teams and Azure DevOps tools
- Certification in Scrum, Prince II, PM BOK, PMP, PMI, Agile, ITIL, Kanban, or Prosci Assertive is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage
