Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings for mechanical and structural components.
• Develop accurate models, assemblies, and complete drawing packages using Advanced Steel and SolidWorks.
• Ensure all drawings comply with engineering standards, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Revise and update drawings as projects evolve through design, fabrication, and installation phases.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and workshop teams to resolve drawing-related queries.
• Maintain drawing templates, documentation systems, and CAD standards.
• Conduct internal drawing checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–6 years proven experience as a Draughtsman in a mechanical, structural, or industrial engineering environment.
• Advanced Steel and SolidWorks proficiency (essential).
• Strong understanding of steel structures, mechanical components, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and convert engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings.
• Relevant draughting qualification or certification.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organisational discipline.
