About the Role
Our client is a well-established international projects and infrastructure business specialising in exhibitions, large-scale builds, interiors, and temporary structures. Operating in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment, they deliver complex projects across commercial, retail, and event spaces, combining design, technical execution, and strong commercial oversight to produce world-class project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs from technical drawings
- Manage project budgets and monitor profitability throughout project execution
- Engage with suppliers, coordinate tenders, evaluate subcontractors, and track variation costing
- Provide financial reporting and support to design, commercial, and operations teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain commercially viable
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in estimating, costing, or procurement within events, exhibitions, shopfitting, or construction environments
- Diploma or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial tracking)
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and compile BOQs
