Job Summary

Operate the Control Room efficiently Maintain accurate and detailed records Conduct day-to-day record-keeping activities Respond to emergencies and monitor vehicle activities Ensure vehicles comply with instructions Enforce rules and regulations within the control room and on the vehicles Dispatch vehicles, drones, and helicopters as needed Restrict access to unauthorized persons Preferred Qualifications, Attributes, and Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in English and any South African language Computer literacy, including: Halo PTT Bidtrack Fleet Management Advanced Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word CiiMS Outlook Previous experience in a Control Room environment Experience with vehicle tracking Grade 12 qualification PSIRA Grade A Clean criminal record No pending disciplinary cases Own transport (advantageous) Ability to work under pressure and think quickly Problem solving Capability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work shifts
