About the Role
As a Centurion: Fast Food Supervisor at Net. Talent, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall efficient running of our Restaurant, implementing systems and plans in line with our policies and procedures, and supporting our staff to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective communication and management of all staff
- Support and coaching restaurant staff as required
- Monitoring progress against plans and taking corrective action where necessary
- Ordering, control, and receiving of stock
- Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
- Managing controllable expenses
- Submitting relevant reports
- Cash handling and banking
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- Grade 12
- South African Citizens only
- Minimum 2 years Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor experience (McDonalds, Burger King, or KFC is preferred)
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/ GAAP or similar POS)
- Excellent mathematical and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
