About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman with expertise in finishing and structural work for a prominent construction company based in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-storey concrete structures, setting out, and quality control. Excellent communication skills with labour force and subcontractors are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor safety and compliance on-site according to OHS Act and Company Safety Standards
- Ensure high-quality workmanship in finishing and structural projects
- Manage and supervise a team of workers to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate with subcontractors and labour force to maintain efficient workflow
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure adherence to company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (additional ethnic languages advantageous)
- Experience in Multi Storey Concrete Structures, Setting out and Quality Control
- Full knowledge of all wet trades
- Good Communication Skills with Labour Force and Subcontractors
