About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor specialising in Health to join our team in Centurion and Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing a client base for our health-related products. Your primary objective will be to provide expert advice through comprehensive financial planning and deliver exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting telephonically with clients to determine their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
- Providing strategic advice on various financial products and services, such as Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and GAP Cover.
- Responding to client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and offering suitable products.
- Selling products that align with clients’ needs and financial requirements.
- Complying with legislative regulations and adhering to all compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 or more years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Matric / equivalent.
- Meet FAIS requirements based on DOFA (date of first appointment) (where applicable).
- Within 1 year of DOFA, relevant Class of Business Certificates must be completed.
- Within 2 years of DOFA, RE 5 must be completed.
- Within 6 years of DOFA, hold an FSCA-approved qualification.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, all candidates must meet the FAIS requirements as stated above.
