About the Role
Financial Advisors Specializing in Health play a crucial role in acquiring, retaining, and growing a client base for our company’s health-related products. As a Financial Advisor specialising in Health, you will provide expert advice through comprehensive financial planning and deliver an excellent client experience. Your primary objective is to cater to various market segments, including middle-income, affluent, professional, and business clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through strategic health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients telephonically to determine their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
- Provide strategic advice on various financial products and services, such as Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and GAP Cover.
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products.
- Sell products that align with clients’ needs and financial requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 or more years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Matric / equivalent.
- Meet FAIS requirements based on DOFA (date of first appointment) (where applicable).
- Within 1 year of DOFA, relevant Class of Business Certificates must be completed.
- Within 2 years of DOFA, RE 5 must be completed.
- Within 6 years of DOFA, hold an FSCA-approved qualification.
